The mobile gaming industry made an interesting switch recently in regards to where they’ve begun allocating their advertising budget. Mobile gaming companies have started to raise their TV advertising budget with $4 million dollars worth of ad space in August. Skylanders spent over half of their 2016 budget on two ads that ran on national TV, 1, 696 times. Perhaps traditional television advertising shouldn’t be overlooked, and that the medium still holds great value. Source
