Soluteo to unveil a new series of applications at the Mobile World Congress 2009

January 27, 2009 - Montreal, January 27, 2009 – Leader in the field of mobile solutions for the BlackBerry® platform, Soluteo will present its customizable applications and solutions on the BlackBerry stand at the Mobile World Congress 2009, the most important trade show dedicated exclusively to mobile communications. The congress, which annually attracts more than 55,000 participants, takes place in Barcelona, Spain from February 16 to 19.

“This gathering of all the key players in the mobile communications field is an excellent forum for demonstrating our know-how to operators, manufacturers and content disseminators seeking to broaden their service offering to BlackBerry users”, explains Soluteo vicepresident Raphael Steinman. “The people attending this congress are of particular interest to Soluteo. The businesses we meet there can certainly add our solutions to their range of products, but in addition they might need to call on our expertise more directly,” adds Mr. Steinman. A number of companies in the telecommunications field already use Soluteo products, notably its field force management application.

As well as demonstrating products that have helped build its reputation, particularly the CRM application and the field force and transport automation application, Soluteo will present a newly developed series of embedded applications that enable operators or content disseminators to maximize the BlackBerry user experience. “By combining, for example, user preferences with results from recent searches and geographic positioning through GPS, we can provide the users with information completely tailored to their needs at that time,” explains Mr. Steinman. The markets particularly targeted for this type of customizable product include real estate, banking and the media, as well as directories and other search tools.
